Hi Girls!
I don't know about you, but I am seriously lacking when it comes to doing "Big People Stuff" with my girlfriends. I sat down with Josh a few weeks ago and told him that I thought it would make me a better person/wife/mom if I did some chick stuff with some special girls. He thought it was a great idea! So, I would like to invite you to join me as I plan a few activities for GIRL'S NIGHT OUT.
Right now, I'm thinking this will be a monthly thing. I'm kinda playin' it loose for now, so please bear with me as I get this thing up and running.
I have SO many ideas! I would love to get your input as well. My initial thought was to keep the cost very minimal. I still like this idea. The only problem is that all I can do with a $10 budget is a trip to the dollar theater and a manicure at the beauty college. Don't laugh because that is actually one of the outings I have planned.
I'm going to get out the calendar and start looking at activities in our area, and I will be sure to give you guys plenty of notice as a few of our outings may take us out of Bakersfield. Actually, a lot of them are out of Bakersfield. : )
Don't feel obligated to do everything that I plan. I don't want this to be a hardship on anyone, but I know we could all use some "girl time" now and then.

I have no idea what brow threading is, but I don't think mine will do that. Who says we need to include the kids to decorate Christmas cookies?

My choice for get-togethers isn't in your list. It would be closest to once/month, but probably more like every six to eight weeks.
